Seppo Lehto Turun hovioikeudessa 26-27.5.2009 uudestaan syytteessä ja vaatimukset 2 vuotta ja 5 kk ehdotonta vankeutta edelleen voimassa.
Hämäävää on lehtineekereiden oikeusmurhani ja tuomioni alimittaus. Virallinen tuomio on toistaiseksi 2 vuotta 4 kk ehdotonta vankeutta Tampereen käräjäoikeuden farisealaisella ja julkisella päätöksellä.
Naurettavaa on että ylen ohjelmistosta näytetään hannu salamaa ja juhannustansseja koskevaa kirjaansa koskevia dokumentteja muka ainutlaatuisena ( 3 kk ehdollinen minkä UKK mitätöi), kun tässä ajassa on tapahtumassa todellinen oikeusmurha

The charges were presented in the Turku Hovioikeus Second class District Court. Lehto denies the charges
